FREE DECISION TOOL · DATA VERIFIED SEPTEMBER 9, 2026

AI receptionist cost & plan finder

Enter your real call pattern and must-have features. The tool normalizes minutes, calls and unique-customer pricing into one estimated monthly bill, then ranks plans by buyer fit first, cost second.

Not a quote: prices and product rules change. We calculate from public vendor pricing and show source dates. Unknown features are treated as unknown—not silently marked as missing.

What this tool does differently

Normalizes incompatible billing units

My AI Front Desk and Dialzara meter minutes, Upfirst and Smith.ai meter calls, and Goodcall meters unique customers. The tool converts the same usage scenario into a monthly estimate for each model.

Separates unknown from unavailable

If we did not verify a feature in an official source, the tool says not verified. It does not turn missing documentation into a false product weakness.

How ranking works

Required-feature mismatches are ranked below complete matches. Unverified requirements receive a caution. Within the same fit tier, lower estimated monthly cost ranks first. Affiliate commission is not an input.

Data provenance

The calculator reads a reusable structured dataset at data/ai-receptionists.json. Each vendor record contains source URLs and a last-verified date so the same data can later drive comparison tables, FAQs, exports, a Chrome extension or an API/MCP layer.

30-day pilot: we are measuring qualified completions, vendor outbound clicks, repeat use and traffic source. We do not store the numeric inputs you enter. See Privacy.

Keep the ROI tool for a different question

If you already know which service you are considering and want to model missed-call economics instead of vendor selection, use the separate missed-call ROI calculator.
